Ate in a rubbish way, did not do any cooking. Had Chinese takeaway for tea. Nibbled few small chocolate. Just bored really. Did do some cleaning/tidying, exercise at least!
It’s been a blah day.
Plan on going for nice long walk tomorrow, that would do me good. There’s a programme on tonight called 50 shocking Facts About Diet and Exercise, should be fun? Hopped on the scales in my next door neighbour’s yesterday evening, seems I’ve lost 3 lbs? Will hop on my scales in the morning.
