ok busy morning in work. Had to stay later for my hearing app. Got hearing aid turned up, hehe, came home to roadworks outside front door. Had biggie hypo, overtreated with tons of toast. Should do some exercise but just want to snooze!
Going to eat as best as can for rest of week. Off to Bluecoat in Liverpoool for music n poetry night tomorrow night, something to look forward to.
Think I’ll go read my Kindle. X
