Just as bad front view. There are much worse photos of me but I refuse to even look at them – too depressing!

Gum/mouth still hurts like crap. Had it packed in dentist today. Got antibiotics.
Dr L, one of my Gp’s has referred me on to do a 10 week weight management course, starting October probably.
Still hoping to lose weight in meantime.
Is it painkiller time yet? OMG I’ve got another hour to wait till is safe to take more.
