Sitting in the sun

It has been lovely and sunny, and best of all I was just working half day today. Made a healthy lunch. Sat on the swing seat in the garden. Yikes.
Heard a noise and next minute was there with my butt on the grass, legs hanging over the edge of swing seat, wedged in bent almost double. Trapped.
The seat ripped and there I was stuck in the swing seat frame unable to move. Managed to txt Neil. No reply. Phoned the house phone, no reply. My back was hurting and my neck.
Managed to turn sideways and lie flat under the metalwork. Eventually got up.
Just as well no one had seen me.
Swing seat well and truly knackered. Next time I’m buying a bench!
My back’ s hurting tonight.
Am hoping the accident was wear and tear on the swing seat material and not my weight!!!!!!!

Sunny day off and the scales

Yet again I have no idea how I will do on the scales when I get weighed tonight. Feel I have been reasonably good apart from food at wedding buffet on Saturday night. It was my cousins wedding, she looked beautiful. I wore my black dress and felt good

It’s my normal Monday off, it’s lovely and sunny and fairly hot out. Can’t believe Neil and the kids are still asleep.

Picnic day

In the morning went round Hoylake shopping, ok might have had cooked breakfast out! In the afternoon I went on a picnic with friend n work colleague Nicki. It was hot and sunny out.

Went for fairly long walk along the shore.I tried a bottle of Crabbies alcoholic ginger beer with Strawberry and lime – ohhhhhhh it was lovely.

Not happy looking at clothing in charity shops this morning. Some beautiful things in sizes 10, 12 and 14. Clothing starts to get matronly when you go upwards in sizes.

Lovely day out

Had a pretty good day out at a Craft and antique centre in Frodsham. We managed to get R to go too which was nice. Poor Neil had to take his GTN spray though.

Trying to get the kitchen back to a sunny colour how it used to be like in this photo few yrs ago.
OMG felt very FAT today unfortunately and am also having a bad hair week. Did go on treadmill briefly tonight, very briefly. Am hoping to get up early in morning to do half hour on it.
