Birthday

It’s 1am (hence looking knackered on photo!), it’s officially my birthday. I may or may not be 51. Ok I am 51 today.

A few days ago with my insulin pen!

Might have overdone the ice cream today. Bill Neil’s dad), fatherinlaw came round midday. Had 2 birthday cards which I must confess to opening. Thank you soooooo much Bill, and Colin, Chris and Danny for the birthday money, so totally generous and lovely.
R gave me the most beautiful home made card earlier, and what she wrote in it touched me very much, it was so heartfelt, lovely and very moving for me. Poor J has been doing last minute slogging on his dissertation due in later today. R did let slip he got me a card!!!!!
I love my family so so much.

Mixed bag

Got up 6:30am cos I was hypo. Yep, ate those frozen Rolos with ease. Loaded washing machine, went back to bed.
Got up 9:30am. Everyone fast asleep. Bored bored bored.

DID not much else for rest of day. Tidied up the patio with Neil. Watched Goosebumps with R. Fell asleep on couch.
Early evening Neil and I went to Parkgate. Might have shared fish and chips!!!!!
