I’ve had 734 calories so far today just on my lunch. Damn. Was going to do a Fast Day today (following the 5:2 Diet). But on Fast days you can only have 500 cals or under. So today can’t be a FAST day.
Been using My Fitness Plan, looking at my calories. Makes you realise how many calories are in junk/crap food.


Being super lazy and doing buggar all this afternoon, hoping I’ll get a surge of energy later to do some cleaning.
