I have decided to avoid
Cakes
Sweets
Biscuits
Desserts
Pastries and things like this.
Today I did well, managed to avoid ‘the sweet stuff’
Went round the shops in the afternoon and could easily have given in and bought chocolate, but didn’t.
So here I am at almost 8:30pm on Monday evening having avoided sugary stuff all day, whoooo hooooo.
Breakfast/brunch was a sandwich out in Heswall. Tea was toasted rye bread. I did buy some barley cup coffeeish drink from the health food store, it was disgusting!
I didn’t get round to going to Slimming World, I felt tired and not in the mood.
So, only day 1 so far, hoping I can keep it going. Surely cutting out sugary sweet foods will help me start to lose weight?
All that stiff I can avoid. Its the hidden sugars in bread, in sauces, cereal, cereal bars that sound healthy etc I find hard.
