Been quite good

I have actually been making an effort and stuck to the Slimming World plan. Actually had breakfast, yep, a banana and a yogurt. Had Turkey stew, home made for lunch with another banana, then beans on toast for tea. On a blah note my blood sugars have been
Breakfast 10.2
Lunch 10.1
Tea 16.4
Night time 20.1
Hmmmm…….. did corrections, carb counted fairly well, but there you go.
R should get her maths and English GCSE results tomorrow in the post, I know she is very nervous. She has her enrolment day at college on Friday. The learning support woman/team is going to look after her. She goes to therapy on Wed afternoon next.
I have my audiology appointment on Friday afternoon. No ide a how that will go. What?????
