Just hopped on the scales here at home and OMG I’ve gained about 5 lbs.
Right, I’ve announced to Neil that I’m back on plan as from right now 6am Monday 7th July 2014.
I’ll get my Slimming World books out, reread them, do a food diary this week and get losing this weight again.
I am going to be as positive as I can.
Unfortunately neither Neil or me got any sleep last night. Both felt very restless. R was also up at 5am, I don’t think she slept much either.
