Sticking to it

Just about managing to stick to the plan. Neil and I have been continuing our short nightly walks round the small block. Seemed a long day in work today but at least it’s Friday tomorrow.
Got a date to go into hospital to have my left shoulder done. MUA, or manipulation under anaesthetic. I go in on Friday 30 th May. Have to be in the hospital for 7:45am, I am one of the first on the Consultants list to get done. Should be home by about mid day. Felt really sick after the general anaesthetic and morphine/tramadol last time when I had my right shoulder done.
