Bad sleeping patterns

I have bad sleep pattern. Got up early this morning, tidied, cleaned and in the afternoon till 8pm I fell asleep.
Part of the problem is I can’t get Neil or the kids out of the house. R doesn’t want to leave the house and to a lesser extent neither does Neil.
So like a viscious circle, I get cross trying to get us off our butts, get complain, I get depressed and down then head for bed. Get up the next day and it all starts again. What can I do?
Am off work for next 10 days but it’s highly unlikely that we’ll all get out.
