Monday 7th April whoo hoo

Yes…………..i went and got weighed tonight and guess what! I have lost 3 and 1/2 lbs. Well chuffed!!!!! Well done to Elaine (friend frm work) who lost a fantastic 4 1/2 lbs. how great are we!!
Had a turkey stir fry for tea with lean turkey, cabbage and leeks and lots of black pepper. I am totally full up now.
Am feeling very motivated.
