Errmmm…Day 1 Slim Fast

lost track of the days so am having another new Day 1.
Also managed to put a pound on this week but believe it’s the chips and alcohol from some nights out.
Also I have not done any walks this last week. So all these thing help you gain a lb. oh yeah and chocolate and crisps one night (cos they were there, the choccy n crisps!)
