So, it’s ordered online cos it works out cheaper. I’ve got to do it as a kick start.

Got 4 tins so give or take, am going to do a month on Slim Fast. I have done it in the past and it actually helped my blood sugars. Could’t do it for more than 4 weeks though.
Just waiting for the divery now.
