Slept pretty much all day.
Currently reading The FAT Bag Stuck Between A Rock Cake and a Hard Plaice by Pearl Barley.
Back in work on Tuesday, oh yippee. Maybe (hopefully) getting back into a routine will help me get back on track with my eating?
Am planning on walking to work, if not walking then at least walking home.
Weighing myself in the morning and not looking forward to it.what’s new ?
