OMG it was so hot in work today. Sickeningly so.
Walked to work again this morning, felt good. Worked till 7:30pm at my other job, been a long day. Getting weighed in work tomorrow, so hoping for a loss.

Must stop ‘harping’ on about skinnier days 9 yrs ago – must look forward to skinnier days ahead. For my health ( cos have been type 1 diabetic for over 40 years now).
