Afternoon Out

Went out with Neil and kids. DID small amount of walking. Would have liked a few hrs walking, but it was not what the others wanted to do. It was mild out. Rhi decided to treat us to an all day breakfast at the OK Diner. We all passed on dessert which is very good. Felt good.
Popped on scales this morning first thing and they said 11 st 3 lbs. Or 157 lbs.
Am aiming for under 9 st – 126 lbs, therefore about 30 lbs to lose. Should be easy yes???????????
11:16pm – great, have not had any nighttime snacks. Time for bed now as am working tomorrow.
